Witherspoon Street will be closed between Franklin and Henry Avenue for utility construction. The traffic detour will be Franklin-->Harris--> Henry and vice versa. Local traffic to Leigh Avenue and Albert Way will be available. Access to Birch Avenue will be from John Street or Route 206.
