INCIDENT: PC 245(A)(4): ASSAULT WITH POSSIBILITY OF GREAT BODILY INJURY
LOCATION: 9500 Block of Palo Verde Ct., Adelanto
SUSPECT: Alfonso Sanchez, 53 years-old, resident of Phelan
SUMMARY: On Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 7:46pm, deputies responded to a 911 call in the 9500 block of Palo Verde Ct. in Adelanto. When Deputies arrived, they found an adult male victim with a head injury. Deputies learned that the victim and his brother, Alfonso Sanchez, had an argument. During the argument, Alfonso punched his brother, knocking him to the ground. The victim struck his head on the concrete, knocking him unconscious.
The victim was transported to a local hospital. Sanchez was arrested without incident and booked at the High Desert Detention Center. He is currently being held in lieu of $40,000.00 bail.
