* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following counties, Macomb and Wayne.
* WHEN...Until 1130 PM EDT.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 829 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a persistent area of moderate rainfall. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding or aggravate ongoing flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Warren, Troy, St. Clair Shores, Grosse Pointe, Sterling Heights, Clinton, Roseville, Eastpointe, Madison Heights, Hazel Park, Grosse Pointe Woods, Fraser, Harper Woods, Grosse Pointe Park, Grosse Pointe Farms, Center Line, Northeast Detroit and Grosse Pointe Shores. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
