Notice of road closure at Wiles Rd, just West of Powerline Rd to just West of the Turnpike overpass 
Attention Lighthouse Point residents, please be advised that Waste Management is scheduled to demolish the former Wheelabrator north plant at 2600 Wiles Road on Friday June 7, 2024. The implosion time is set for 10:00 AM.
This road closure may affect your typical travel routes to or from work/school.
The demolition will require the closing of Wiles Road (from just west of Powerline Road to just west of the Turnpike overpass) for approximately 45 minutes. Detours and movement of traffic plans will be implemented.
Instructions:
Plan your morning routes accordingly, and obey any detours/signage in the area.
