Officers are in the area of Shore Rd and Cheltenham Ave as a residence is having its water pipe replaced. There may be stop and go traffic while this occurs. Work should be completed prior to 3pm. Please reach out to the water company if you have lead, galvanized pipe, etc... connecting your home to the water supply. Any type of pipe other then copper may be replaced, free of charge, please reach out to the water company for further information.
