Wilmington Police have arrested two female juveniles on robbery charges.
On May 24, at approximately 7:48 p.m., members of the Special Operations Division responded to the 500 block of North Market Street, in reference to a robbery. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim who advised they were robbed in the 700 block of North Shipley Street. A short time later, officers were in the area of West 9th and Wollaston Streets, when they observed two female subjects matching the description of the suspects. Police made contact with two 15-year-old female juveniles who were taken into custody without incident.
The first 15-year-old female juvenile has been charged with the following offenses:
- Robbery (First Degree)
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
She was arraigned in New Castle County Family Court and was released on $26,000 secured bail.
The second 15-year-old female juvenile has been charged with the following offenses:
- Robbery (First Degree)
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
She was arraigned in New Castle County Family Court and was released on $26,000 secured bail.
