Flash Flood Warning until 4:30pm 
National Weather Service has extended the Flash Flood Warning for Central Collin County in North Central Texas.....Northern Dallas County in North Central Texas, until 4:30 pm. At 1:45 pm CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rains across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected. FLOODING of small creeks, highways, streets, underpasses, and other low-lying areas. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings, and do not drive on flooded roads.
