CONSTRUCTION NOTICE FOR FAIR HAVEN RESIDENTS ON HANCE ROAD AND COONEY TERRACE
Normal working hours will be between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
PHASE ONE: 6-3-24 & 6-4-24 we will be milling the existing pavement surface. During this phase of the project, we ask that all vehicles be removed from the street and parked in the driveway or on side streets. The roadway will be open to local traffic during this phase. Please do not park on Hance Road, Cooney Terrace or within 100’ of intersections.
PHASE TWO: 6-4-24 & 6-5-24 we will resurface the roadway. During this phase the roadway will be closed to traffic. Prior to paving a tack oil adhesive will be applied to the existing roadway surface. Do Not Drive on the tackoil. If you require the use of your vehicle during construction hours, please park your vehicle on side streets. Please do not park on Hance Road, Cooney Terrace or within 100’ of intersections.
Fair Haven Police will be on site to assist residents and maintain safety.
Emergency vehicles will have access at all times.
