* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...South Fork Sabine River near Quinlan.
* WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Moderate out of bank flooding will occur. Some farm and cattle industries will be flooded. Some rural roads will be underwater. Water will be over the road and the FM 1565 bridge.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 16.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning to 5.8 feet early Monday afternoon. It will then rise to 6.1 feet Monday evening. It will fall to 5.5 feet Tuesday morning. It will then rise to 5.8 feet early Wednesday morning. It will fall again and remain below flood stage.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HUNT, TX ... ROCKWALL, TX
