Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for 24-year-old Francisco Manalo who was reported missing. He was last seen by family members at his residence in Waimea on Friday, May 31, 2024. Manalo has a medical condition which requires medication.
He is described as being 5’01” tall, weighing approximately 110 pounds, having a medium tan complexion with short black hair, a mustache, and brown eyes. Manalo was last seen wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans. He also walks with a noticeable limp.
