* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding near the river will occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 4.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage this afternoon to 3.8 feet tomorrow evening.
