Road Closure - Broadway westbound lane 
A water main break on Broadway, will force the closure of the westbound lane of traffic between Borough Hall and Livingston Street. Motorists exiting the carnival will be forced to use Piermont Road or Walnut Street. Access to the carnival from Livingston Street will remain open
