SUMMARY: On Thursday, May 30, 2024, at approximately 10:24 P.M., Rancho Cucamong deputies conducted a traffic stop on a white Infinity for vehicle code violations. After deputies contacted the driver and sole occupant, Raymond Onyeka, Onyeka fled from the scene of the traffic stop and a vehicle pursuit ensued. Onyeka drove the vehicle at a high rate of speed and disregarded traffic signals.
