SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING IN EFFECT FOR CARTER COUNTY UNTIL 3:30 PM 6/2/2024.

The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a
* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Eastern Jefferson County in southern Oklahoma...
Love County in southern Oklahoma...
Southern Carter County in southern Oklahoma...
* Until 330 PM CDT.
* At 234 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 5 miles northwest of Ringling to 3 miles south of
Grady to 3 miles north of Lake Nocona to 6 miles southeast of
Terral, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Ardmore, Marietta, Lone Grove, Healdton, Wilson, Dickson, Ringling,
Springer, Thackerville, Leon, Overbrook, Rubottom, Lake Murray,
Burneyville, Grady, Oscar, Cornish, Courtney, and Petersburg.

Instructions:

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
