Full Notification

On June 1, just before 9:00 PM, citizens called about a subject trying to get into houses in the 900 block of N. Stanford Drive.  Officers located the subject, later identified as Victor Rubio ( 39 year-old Los Angeles resident), in the area.  During the investigation it was determined that Rubio knew somebody in the area and was trying to find that person's residence.  Rubio was also found to be in possession of a large quantity of drugs and a pistol.

Rubio was eventually arrested for and booked into the Ventura County Pre-Trial Detention Facility for trespassing, delaying a peace officer, possession of a concealed firearm, possession of a firearm while in possession of drugs, and possession of drugs for sale.
