INCIDENT: Robbery, Assault with Means Likely to Cause Great Bodily Injury
LOCATION: 9300 block of Linden Avenue, unincorporated Bloomington

VICTIM: Two adult females
SUSPECT: Kevin Banuelos, a 22-year-old male resident of Rialto
SUMMARY: On Sunday, June 2, 2024, at 9:59 p.m., deputies from the Fontana Station responded to a reported assault at a residence in the 9300 block of Linden Avenue, unincorporated Bloomington. Through investigation, deputies learned Kevin Banuelos, a 22-year-old male resident of Rialto, was known to one of the two victims. Banuelos entered the residence without permission, punched one of the victims while she was in her kitchen, and further assaulted her. Banuelos forcefully stole property from a second victim with whom he struggled. The stolen property was later recovered.
Banuelos fled and was found at a residence in the 200 block of S. Linden Avenue. Banuelos provided a false name but was arrested without further incident and booked into the West Valley Detention Center.
