Please be aware of flooded roads in the city. Thunderstorms continue to produce heavy rainfall. Between 1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen. The expected rate is 1 to 2  inches in one hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible.
Some roads and areas in the city flood rapidly, such as low-lying areas, underpasses, and areas near small creaks. 
If you encounter a flooded area and are unsure about crossing it, remember this crucial safety instruction: TURN AROUND, DON'T DROWN. Your safety is our top priority.
