* WHEN...From 10 PM CDT this evening through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may become flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with additional heavy rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches.
