**3rd UPDATE**Active Incident W Court St/Washington St 
3rd Update: Police operations near the intersection of W. Court St and N. Washington are now complete. After several hours of attempted negotiations and other tactical operations, the suspect involved in the domestic violence incident was found deceased within the home. No shots were fired by law enforcement.
Additional details concerning the death investigation will be released at a later time by the Medical Examiner’s Office.
