The City has been working with its online payment vendor to resolve the utility billing credit/debit card draft issue. We believe the issue has been resolved and on Monday, June 10, we will be drafting customers who have payments with June 10 due dates. Please be aware the entire balance that is showing as due on the account, which will include any past due amounts, will be drafted. This notification only impacts customers who have set up a credit/debit card draft to be drafted.
