* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and northeast Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Livingston. In north central Illinois, De Kalb and La Salle. In northeast Illinois, Cook, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall and Will.
* WHEN...Until 500 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 100 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Up to 2 inches of rain has already fallen in portions of the area. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over portions of the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
