Wilmington Police arrest man in connection with burglary in-progress: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man in connection with a burglary in-progress.
On June 3, at approximately 2:12 a.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division responded to the 1900 block of North Market Street, in reference to a burglary in-progress. Upon arrival, police made contact with 39-year-old George Lacey, who was taken into custody without incident.
Lacey has been charged with the following offenses:
- Burglary (Third Degree)
- Theft Under $1,5000
