* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of north central Texas, including the following counties, Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt, Kaufman, Rockwall and Tarrant.

* WHEN...Until 1045 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is ongoing or imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rain has ended, but residual flooding from runoff will continue through this morning. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Garland, Irving, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, McKinney, Carrollton, Frisco, Denton, Richardson, Lewisville, Allen, Flower Mound, Rowlett, Euless, Bedford and Grapevine.
