OPD Needs Your Help Locating an Individual Wanted in Connection with Sexual Assaults
The Oakland Police Department (OPD) is releasing this picture in hopes the community can help locate 31-year-old Santieago Pratt of Oakland. Pratt is wanted in connection with sexually assaulting a 33-year-old woman on May 27, 2024, and a 37-year-old woman on May 28, 2024.

BACKGROUND:
The Oakland Police Department (OPD) is investigating a sexual assault by a known suspect that occurred on May 27, 2024, in the 2000 block of 85th Avenue, shortly before 1:00 AM.
OPD is also investigating a kidnapping and sexual assault that occurred on May 28, 2024, in the 1700 block of 40th Avenue, just before 6:15 AM.
Based on the preliminary investigation, both incidents appeared to be committed by the same individual. Investigators from the OPD Special Victims Section responded to both scenes to take over the investigation surrounding the sexual assaults. The victim in the kidnapping has since been safely located.
