Wilmington Police arrest man on drug charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges following an investigation.
On June 4 at approximately 1:53 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division were in the 400 block of West 7th Street conducting a drug investigation, when they observed 30-year-old Isaac Peak of Bear, DE conducting several drug transactions. Police took Peak into custody without incident, and recovered 21 grams of Fentanyl-laced marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Peak has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 3 Quantity – Two Counts
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
