The Green Bay Police Department is able to identify the deceased woman found in the area of the 1000 block of Kepler Drive. This person is Patricia Williams, 61, Howard.
Williams was found by a passerby on Monday, June 3, 2024, just before 8:00 a.m., dispatching officers.
This update follows next-of-kin notification and results from the autopsy performed by the Brown County Office of the Medical Examiner on June 4, 2024, which does not indicate foul play.
