NARRATIVE:
On June 7, 2024 at approximately 5:25 PM, Patrol Officers responded to a call shots fired and a person down in the 1600 blk of E. Holt Ave. Officers located the victim down and suffering from gunshot wounds. L.A. Co. Fire Personnel responded and transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment. The victim ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
Homicide Investigators from the Pomona Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit responded to the scene and began an extensive investigation. The motive for the crime is not yet known.
