* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms are expected to train repeatedly over the same locations tonight and Sunday morning, leading to localized rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches.
