Pomona Police Department has an important message for you! Fatal Traffic Collision. 
On 6/09/24 at about 0232hrs Pomona Police officers were dispatched to the area of Philadelphia St and Reservoir St due to a single vehicle traffic collision. Officers arrived on scene and located a solo vehicle accident with the driver still inside the vehicle. LA Co. Fire responded and transported the driver to a local hospital. The driver unfortunately died of their injuries. The Pomona Police Major Accident Investigation Team responded to the scene and is conducting their investigation. The name of the driver is being withheld pending notification to family. Anyone who may have witnessed this incident may call the Pomona Police Department at 909-622-1241
