* WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois, including the following county, Jackson and southeast Missouri, including the following counties, Bollinger, Cape Girardeau and Perry.
* WHEN...Until 1215 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Perryville, Grand Tower, Altenburg, Daisy, Alliance, Frohna, Oak Ridge, Pocahontas, Longtown, Old Appleton and Silver Lake. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
