UPDATE - The community member has been successful assisted and all roadways are reopened------ San Mateo Police, Fire, and Medics are assisting a community member suffering from a mental health emergency and have both direction closed on Alameda from 31st to 28th Av. Please avoid the area. Update will be provided once the roadways are reopened.
