The utility billing credit/debit card auto draft issue has been resolved. On Wednesday, June 26, we will be drafting customers who have payments with June 26 due dates. Please be aware the entire balance that is showing as due on the account, which will include any past due amounts, will be drafted. This notification only impacts customers who have set up a credit/debit card draft to be drafted.
