Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
On June 6, at approximately 10:53 a.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 400 block of West 7th Street, when they observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Police made contact with 39-year-old Tiron Warrington, who was taken into custody without incident and found to be in possession of 3.25 grams of crack cocaine, and 1 MDMA pill.
Warrington has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Possession of a Controlled Substance
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was released on $6,650 unsecured bail.
