We are still working on a major water main break on West Saddle River Road that affected water service to approximately half the town. The main has been temporarily repaired and water service is in the process of being restored. There is still a Boil Water Advisory in effect through the night and into tomorrow until the final repairs can be made. Out of an abundance of caution, the Borough is recommending that all residents follow the Boil Water Advisory guidelines. You can find more information on the website at www.waldwicknj.gov. Please share this with your friends and neighbors who may not receive these updates. We are working with Bergen County on a phone message which will be going out shortly as well.

Businesses who have water restored may operate as long as they are following the boil water guidelines, and must also reach out to the Northwest Bergen Regional Health Commission to schedule a followup inspection by calling (201) 445-7217.

In the event of an emergency all residents should call 9-1-1 immediately.
