At 1100 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line extending from near Welch to 6 miles south of Cannon Falls to near Kenyon to near Waseca. Movement was southeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Owatonna, Red Wing, Waseca, Cannon Falls, Pine Island, Zumbrota, Kenyon, Medford, New Richland, Goodhue, Wanamingo, and Pepin. This includes the following highways... Interstate 35 between mile markers 24 and 51. U.S. Highway 14 between mile markers 154 and 182. U.S. Highway 61 between mile markers 82 and 104.
