Wilmington Police have arrested a man on a drug charge.
On June 8, at approximately 11:08 a.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division were in the 200 block of North Franklin Street, when they observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Police made contact with 18-year-old Hamza Carter, who was taken into custody without incident and found to be in possession of .41 grams of heroin.
Carter has been charged with the following offense:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was released on $2,500 unsecured bail.
