911 call leads to arrest of Haubstadt man on a battery charge. 
On June 11, 2024 at 4:16 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a 911 report of a battery on Eisenhower Lane in Haubstadt. Deputy Michael Owens and Haubstadt Officer Bryan Munnier were dispatched to the scene and upon arrival they separated all the parties involved in the altercation. After the investigation was completed Deputy Owens placed 41 year old Joshua Wyatt into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Jail Mr. Wyatt was charged with Battery, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Also assisting in this investigation was Deputy James Tucker.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
