Activity for June 12, 2024:
- Officers responded to the Courthouse for a warrant pick-up. A 42-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Goings was dispatched to an overdose in the 400 block of North Alpine Lake Drive. A 30-year-old male was transported to the hospital.
- Cadet Smith handled a traffic crash at West Morrell Street and South Brown Street. Officer Bean responded to the area and arrested a 39-year-old male on an outstanding felony warrant.
- JPD members attended the 1st Summer Safety Series event at Kiwanis Park.
- Officer Kuhn and Officer Tenney visited with students at Hunt School.
- Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of West Prospect Street for a subject trespassing. A 32-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
- Officer Tripp responded to the 200 block of Orange Street for a larceny report.
- Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of North Thompson Street for an erratic driver. Officer Jones conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, and the 45-year-old female driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
- Officer Reynaga responded to the 100 block of West Wesley Street for a larceny report. A firearm was entered into the national database as stolen.
