* WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following counties, Ford, Iroquois and Livingston and northwest Indiana, including the following county, Benton.

* WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms with rainfall rates potentially in excess of 1 to 2 inches per hour are expected across the watch area this evening. Localized rainfall totals in excess of 3 inches are possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
