ROAD CLOSURES - JUNE 17TH THRU JUNE 21ST - 7 AM TO 5 PM WESTOVER AVENUE, HILLCREST ROAD & ESPY ROAD

NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION
WESTOVER AVENUE, HILLCREST ROAD & ESPY ROAD
 (MILLING & PAVING)
 
Milling and paving on the above-mentioned roadways is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 17th and continue through June 21st , weather permitting. 

All work will be performed between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The milling and paving schedule is as follows:
Monday June 17th Milling of Westover and Hillcrest.
Tuesday June 18th Paving of Westover
Wednesday June 19th Paving of Hillcrest
Thursday June 20th Milling of Espy.
Friday June 21st Paving of Espy.

If you need to leave your residence during the construction times, please park your vehicle on a street near your residence overnight (Ravine Avenue, Francis Place, Westover Avenue & Hillcrest Road (after milling & paving), Espy Road & Bloomfield Avenue).  Overnight parking enforcement will be suspended from Sunday, June 16th to Sunday, June 23rd on all streets surrounding the aforementioned roadways. 

Once the milling and paving begins, no vehicles will be allowed onto the milled and paved roadway for the duration of the milling and paving operation for that day except for emergencies.  You will gain access to your residence later in the day on each day.  Officers will be available to assist as needed.
