Two of three suspects taken into custody in connection with a reported stabbing on the City’s east side on June 3, 2024, that is under investigation as a homicide, have been charged.
The victim, Robert Marshall, 33, Green Bay, was found lying on the ground in the 700 block of S. Roosevelt Street shortly after 5:00 p.m., following the commission of an armed robbery.
The Brown County District Attorney’s Office charged the following suspects on June 14, 2024:
Joseph Poore, 39, Marinette:
- First Degree Intentional Homicide
- PTAC, as a Party to a Crime
- Use of a Dangerous Weapon
- Armed Robbery
- PTAC, as a Party to a Crime
Aaron Walton, 32, Menominee, MI:
- First Degree Intentional Homicide
- PTAC, as a Party to a Crime
- Use of a Dangerous Weapon
- Armed Robbery
- PTAC, as a Party to a Crime
The Green Bay Police Department has not recommended charges to the Brown County District Attorney’s Office on the third suspect taken into custody and questioned in the case at this time.
