I would like to wish a Happy Father’s Day to all our Waldwick Fathers, and everyone celebrating Father’s Day.
 
On this Father’s Day, let us take a moment and thank our fathers for every hug, words of encouragement, love they give us, for always having our backs and for all of the lessons they have taught us over the years.
 
Let us thank them for giving us the best things in life: their time which they give daily, their care, which they give freely, their love, which they give unconditionally, acting like a friend when we needed a friend, and acting like a parent when we needed one.
 
Thank you for giving us a strong foundation to build a good life for ourselves. A father is someone you look up to no matter how tall you grow. A father is their children’s “Hero”.
 
Let us also remember our Fathers who are no longer with us, who are resting in God’s loving care:
 
Those special memories of you will always bring a smile.
If only I could have, you back for just a little while.
Then we could sit and talk again just as we used to do.
You always meant so very much to me and always will too.
The fact that you are no longer here will always cause me pain,
But you are forever in my heart until we meet again.
