On Saturday, June 15th, the Mountain Lakes PBA 310 will be hosting their second annual "Block Party" from 12 pm until 5 pm.  The event will cause a road closure and a change in the traffic pattern for those going to the recycling center at DPW beginning at approximately 9 am. Pocono Road will be closed between the “exit” gate/driveway at DPW and the entrance to Borough Hall.
 
Starting at approximately 9 am, there will be a road closure just east of the Borough Hall entrance on Pocono Road.  Vehicles coming from the Boulevard will still be able to access the Police Department's temporary headquarters located at 400 Boulevard.  No vehicle will be allowed past this closure. 
 
To access DPW, all traffic must come from the Crane Road side of Pocono Road.  All traffic will enter and exit through the DPW "exit" gate.  The gate will be programmed to remain up and officers will be available to assist. 
 
Officers and detour signs will be in place to assist with any traffic issues.
