Heat Advisory and Excessive Heat Watch for our area beginning Tuesday through to the weekend-cooling center available. 
Kinnelon Borough Hall will be available as a cooling center beginning Tuesday, June 18th until further notice. After hours go to kpd or library.
The Heat Advisory will be in effect from Tuesday until Wednesday when heat index temperatures will reach 100 degrees and possibly higher. From Wednesday through Saturday an excessive heat watch will be in effect.
Instructions:
Please make sure to drink plenty of fluids, stay in air-conditioned areas and check on relatives and neighbors, especially the elderly. Monitor the latest forecasts for warnings and updates.
