* LIGHTNING ACTIVITY LEVEL...4.
* WINDS...Southwest 5 to 10 mph.
* HUMIDITY...As low as 30 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...Highs in the lower 80s.
* IMPACTS...Frequent lightning can promote a few fire starts. Hot and dry conditions may lead to rapid spread of fires.
* AFFECTED AREAS: LOWER YUKON AND INNOKO VALLEYS ... NORTH SLOPES OF THE WESTERN ALASKA RANGE ... UPPER KUSKOKWIM VALLEY
