Have you seen this man? Anthony Cassanova is being sought by APD Homicide detectives for questioning regarding the murder of Rosa Maria Rangel in the 100 block of Bowyer.

An arrest has been made in reference to the murder of Rosa Maria Rangel in the 100 blk of Bowyer on 05/29/24. Jesus Cristoval Alonzo Flores / 37 was arrested and charged with Murder. Flores was booked into PCDC.
APD Homicide Unit continues to investigate this incident.
***ORIGINAL RELEASE***
DETAILS: On Wednesday, May 29, 2024, officers were dispatched to the Toot ‘n Totum at 2601 SW 3rd on a male with a gunshot wound. When officers arrived, they obtained information from the male that another victim could be located at a residence in the 100 block of N. Bowyer. Police and paramedics went to the location and located Rosa Maria Rangel, 50-year-old female, deceased from apparent gunshot wounds. Next of kin has been notified.
This case is being investigated by the Amarillo Police Department Homicide Unit.
