Activity for June 17, 2024:

  • Officer Tenney was dispatched to the 600 block of East Washington Avenue for a larceny report. A vehicle and several other items were stolen from the property.
  • Officers assisted JSO deputies with a weapons complaint near Greenwood Avenue and West Morrell Street.
  • Officer Albrecht responded to the Eaton County Jail for a warrant pick-up. A 44-year-old male was lodged at JSO on multiple outstanding felony warrants.
  • JSO deputies located a subject reported missing from the City in the 900 block of Thomas Drive. Officer Simon responded to the area, and transported the subject back to his residence.
  • Officer Tenney responded to the Courthouse for a warrant pick-up. A 19-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
  • Officer Soloman met with officers from the Romulus Police Department for a warrant pick-up. A 34-year-old male was lodged at JSO on an outstanding felony warrant.
  • Officers were dispatched to West Michigan Avenue and North Jackson Street for an intoxicated subject. A 43-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
  • Officer Soloman conducted a traffic stop near Mitchell Street and Adrian Avenue. The 20-year-old male driver was arrested for conditional bond violation.
  • Officer Panther responded to the 600 block of West Washington Avenue for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was recovered in the 200 block of Orange Street. A 59-year-old male was arrested for conditional bond violation. A 42-year-old female was arrested for possession of narcotics. Charges for carrying a concealed weapon will be sought on the male subject.
  • Officer Soloman conducted a traffic stop at Summit Avenue and Page Avenue. The 19-year-old male driver was arrested for possession of narcotics with the intent to distribute; destruction of evidence; and conditional bond violation.
