Heat Advisory in effect for Watervliet through Thursday 
National Weather Service has issued a HEAT ADVISORY for Watervliet beginning today through Thursday, June 20, 2024. Heat index values will reach between 95 to 104 degrees from noon today until 8PM Thursday. As a result of the temperatures and high humidity, it may cause heat illnesses.
In response, the City of Watervliet will make available a cooling station and splashpads for city residents.

- Weds: 6/19 due to Juneteenth Holiday no staff on-site. If needed, residents are asked to call the Watervliet Fire Headquarters to arrange for use 518-270-3826.

- Fri: 6/21 9-5p
