Hardeeville Police have charged Charles Saunders of New York with 2 counts of Murder and Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Violent Crime. Saunders was located after he fled the scene in Hardeeville and was apprehended by Hardeeville Police and Jasper County Sheriffs Office in Ridgeland SC following the incident.
