* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Kansas, including the following counties, in central Kansas, Ellis and Rush. In west central Kansas, Ness and Trego.
* WHEN...Until 730 AM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 737 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
